I love the mech designs in this game and the way you can customize pretty much every aspect of your mech from the color to the weapons that it has is really cool. It was a bit of a beast to get running and the 3D world which may look a bit sparse and low on detail by today's standard was very well received back in the day. I know you may laugh to hear this, but back in 1999, this game was a big step forward in the world of 3D graphics. It has been a long time since I played the original two games, but from what I do remember the stakes in this game feel a lot smaller than they did in the first two. You are one of many that are responsible for defending the Inner Sphere from an evil clan. In MechWarrior 3 as the name suggests you play as a badass mech.
Then launched into ludicrous speed once I installed the Finally Fast software.There is a story here that serves as the motivation for getting through the campaign, but it is not exactly groundbreaking stuff. More stuff it's been turbo fast since I cleaned my registry with like, five registry cleaners I got from a warez site. I think my software list is Office 2003, Chrome, Zune software, Adobe Reader, Steam and.I think that's it. So I can go back to breathing out my mouth, staring at the ceiling again. But Steam lets me smash some buttons, then it starts installing a game. Some Steam games create shortcuts without asking and I simply delete those. However, if you delete all the programs that put shortcuts places without asking you, you must have a very minimal list of software on your machine.

That, and programs that install shortcuts on the start menu where it wants, rather than allowing you to select where you want to put them, annoys the crap out of me. And like a tard, I shake my first at both as if it's going to make a difference. It strikes the same nerve, as when someone lets their dog crap on my yard. Installs that create shortcuts anywhere, without asking first, are automatically filed under crap, in my mental rolodex.
